Testimonial:

"Abri is an articulate and engaging presenter on Polyvagal Theory and nervous system regulation. Abri presented to staff at the International WELL Building Institute and was very informative about Polyvagal Theory. She also demonstrated techniques for polyvagal toning and regulation. Our staff was very receptive and enthusiastic to learn about the autonomic nervous system and practical methods for regulating their nervous systems. Abri is terrific to work with and very inspiring."

- Susan Illman, Director of Workplace Well-being and Culture at The International Well Building Institute
